“Dark Spell” is a 2021 horror film directed by Svyatoslav Podgaevskiy. The film follows the story of Zhenya, a woman who is still in love with her husband, Cyril, who has left her.
In her desperation, she casts a spell called “Black Wedding”, a magical ritual known for its great power and irreversibility. After the ritual, her beloved husband returns to her, but his renewed love for Zhenya has become twisted into something far more obsessive and frightening.
Even after Cyril dies in an accident, the spell does not stop, because even death will not part those who have been joined by the Black Wedding.
