"Flight to You" is a Chinese drama that aired from December 26, 2022, to January 12, 2023. The story revolves around the lives of the flight crew of Luzhou Airlines and the various situations they have to deal with in their daily careers.
The main characters are Cheng Xiao, an aspiring pilot who has to learn to get along with her extremely strict instructor Gu Nan Ting, and navigate a male-dominated field where women aren't that highly looked upon. Gu Nan Ting is known as a mean boss and a devil instructor. Despite their initial differences, they begin to trust each other and develop feelings for each other.
The drama is a workplace romance that explores gender discrimination in the aviation industry, and how the characters grow to value and love each other. It's adapted from the novel "Yun Guo Tian Kong Ni Guo Xin" by Mu Qing Yu.
