Ultraviolet (2006) is Available in Hindi Dubbed

Ultraviolet is a 2006 American science fiction action film written and directed by Kurt Wimmer and produced by Screen Gems.

The film stars Milla Jovovich as Violet Song, Cameron Bright as Six, and Nick Chinlund as Ferdinand Daxus. It was released in North America on March 3, 2006, to negative reviews and performed poorly at the box office.

The film is set in a future dystopia where anyone infected with the contagious disease hemoglophagia is immediately sentenced to death. Violet, a woman infected with the disease, lives in a world where she is hunted by the government. She is aided by a group of rebel hemophages and a boy named Six, whose blood may contain a cure for the disease. Violet goes on a mission to overthrow the futuristic government and defeat Ferdinand Daxus.

The film was shot digitally on high-definition video using a Sony HDW-F900 and was released on DVD and Blu-ray on June 27, 2006. The film's trailer was leaked on the internet in 2005, prompting director Kurt Wimmer to visit message boards and demand that all clips be removed to keep the film's plot a secret.

The film received negative reviews from critics, with an 8% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes and a score of 18 out of 100 on Metacritic. Audiences surveyed by CinemaScore gave the film a grade of "D+" on a scale of A to F. The film was a box-office bomb, grossing $18.5 million domestically and $12.5 million internationally, for a worldwide total of $31.1 million.

The film's production was troubled, with Screen Gems allegedly unhappy with the film's direction and locking Kurt Wimmer out of the editing process. The film's visual effects were also criticized for being incomplete and preliminary. The film's runtime was shortened to 87 minutes, which critics felt did not do the narrative any favors.
