Double Trouble (1984), known in Italian as Non c’è due senza quattro, is a lively action-comedy directed by Enzo Barboni and starring Terence Hill and Bud Spencer. The film takes place in Brazil, where two wealthy cousins are under threat from assassins. To protect themselves, they hire two look-alikes: Eliot Vance, a jazz musician and ex-con, and Greg Wonder, a stuntman with a carefree spirit.
What follows is a mix of mistaken identity, slapstick fights, and witty banter—classic trademarks of Hill and Spencer’s partnership. Their chemistry drives the story, turning a dangerous plot into a playful adventure. With Rio de Janeiro as a colorful backdrop, the film delivers the duo’s signature blend of humor and action, reinforcing why they became beloved worldwide.
