“The Story of the Dolls” is a film from 1984 directed by Hubert Frank. The plot revolves around a fast-lane fashion photographer who comes to a remote tropical isle for a glamour shoot. He recruits one of the local girls for one of his photo spreads.
The cameraman and the model fall in love, and he makes plans to take her back to the States. However, the dictates of her tribe forbid her to do so. The cast includes Tetchie Agbayani, Brigitta Cimarolli, Leo Hermosa, and Mario Layco among others.
