"Saw V" is a 2008 American horror film directed by David Hackl and written by Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan. It is the fifth installment in the "Saw" film series and continues the story of the Jigsaw Killer, also known as John Kramer, and his twisted games of survival.
In "Saw V," the investigation into the Jigsaw killings continues as Detective Mark Hoffman (played by Costas Mandylor) emerges as a key player in Jigsaw's legacy.
