 "Rurouni Kenshin Part III: The Legend Ends" is a 2014 Japanese action film directed by Keishi Ōtomo. It is the third and final installment in the live-action film series based on Nobuhiro Watsuki's popular manga "Rurouni Kenshin."



 The movie continues the story from "Rurouni Kenshin Part II: Kyoto Inferno" and stars Takeru Satoh as Kenshin Himura, a former assassin known as Battosai who has vowed never to kill again.


Released on September 13, 2014, "The Legend Ends" concludes the epic confrontation between Kenshin and his formidable adversary, Makoto Shishio, played by Tatsuya Fujiwara.
